PREVENTION MEASURES DUE TO COVID-19

• Nature Suites Staff have taken COVID-19 saline tests.
• During the time of attending to customers, we will always use face masks and gloves as well as keeping to the appropriate safety distance.

• Extra cleaning measures in rooms:

For overnight bookings, our customers should vacate their rooms by 11:30 the next morning, enabling us to proceed with cleaning and disinfection chores. We encourage our guests to take advantage of this situation by remaining in the grounds and enjoying our services and installations.

For bookings with a longer duration of more than one night, we will provide cleaning and disinfection services every two days, this will involve our guests packing all their personal belongings in their suitcases and vacating their room for 30 minutes, between the times of 10:00 and 11:30 in the morning.

USE OF SHARED AREAS AND THE LOUNGE & POOL BAR

• With regards to the new rules concerning the prevention and cleanliness measures due to COVID-19, we have adapted the use of shared areas and especially that of the Lounge & Pool Bar and the chill-out areas that will now be available from 8:00 to 24:00 hours.
• For safety reasons, the toilets in the shared area of the club bar will remain closed, so guests will be required to use the toilets in their rooms at all times.
• The use of the swimming pool will be limited to a maximum of 4 people at one time, with the required distance maintained between guests and a maximum swim time of 10 minutes so that all customers can enjoy the facilities. Children under 12 should use the pool at the same time as one of their parents to guarantee safety distances.
• Public Access to the inside of the Lounge & Pool Bar will not be permitted. For your comfort, our staff will be in attendance at breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as providing food or drinks in the outside area of the bar, where each customer will have a table assigned for their exclusive use.
• On arrival at Nature Suites, we will present you with a welcome folder where you will find an order form to purchase your drinks during your stay, these purchases should be registered on the form so that they can be charged to your account on check-out.
  • The Lounge & Pool Bar opening times are as follows:
    • Breakfast 8:30 to 10:30h.
    • Drinks and snacks service 11:00 to 11:30h.
    • Lunch 13:30 to 15:00h.
    • Dinner 20:00 to 22:00h.
• Our menu offers a carefully selected range of gourmet products which are sealed and have not been previously handled. In addition, at any mealtime either breakfast, lunch or dinner you will be able to choose one of our meal boxes to have at your table either in the open air or in your room. The boxes are naturally bio-degradable and can be placed in the bins that you will find inside and outside the rooms.
• We have changed our breakfast buffet for the use of personalized breakfast boxes that can be eaten in the outside area of the Lounge & Pool Bar or in the rooms. Our boxes, are included in all our rates, they include white coffee, bread, traditional pastries from the nearby village bakery, butter, jam, olive oil, fruit juices and fresh fruit.  Ask us if you have any special requirements, such as soy milk, drinking chocolate, cereals etc…
• We have a table dinner menu available, previous reservation required, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, a minimum of 2 people at 21€ per person, drinks excluded (**):
  • Mediterranean roasted vegetables with ‘Santoña’ anchovies and olive oil.
  • Gourmet sampling of mini- hamburgers of chicken, meat and ox from the ‘Valle de Esla’(6 portions).
  • Assorted breads from the village bakery, oil, ketchup, mustard…
  • Chocolate coulant

 (**)If you would like to have an spirits, a bottle of wine/sparkling wine you can order it from the club bar before 22:00 and we will prepare it for you in thermos baskets with ice and glasses so that you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own room or in the outside areas until 24:00
